The hotel was reasonably spacious with a good and marvellous location just off good restaurants and places to go and big department stores including Isetan and Takashimya. The staff was nice and we were pleased with excellent service.

Wonderful hotel with super friendly staff and good wi-fi. Functional and reasonably spacious rooms and down pillows. Favourable and marvellous location, just a short walk away from Tachikawa City Central Library. Found in a downtown part of the town. A wide array of different a few eateries and bars to eat outside the venue. Really great overall experience.

Great location for exploring Tachikawa and western Tokyo. Helpful and accommodating staff. Comfortable and clean room with modern bathroom. Free rental bicycles available. Good value for money. Walking distance to Tachikawa Park.

Booked it for our trip and had a good stay here. Everything there was fine and the staff were very very helpful and super-friendly. The room was brand-new and functional, the bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. It had magnificent and perfect location a super close walk to Lumine Tachikawa.

Property was wonderful and beautiful, we thoroughly enjoyed this place.

Everything was perfectly fine, fairly clean hotel, excellent and perfect location near the train station. The room was brand-new, immaculate with feather pillows. The bed was comfortable, and we had coffee & tea making facilities and a fridge.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. With prices under 7000 yen per night, the quality of the stay was truly remarkable. The hotel's location in Tachikawa is excellent. It is just a stone's throw away from the train station, making it extremely convenient for transportation. Moreover, there are supermarkets, shops, and a variety of restaurants in close proximity. The basic amenities provided in the room were satisfactory, and the staff's attention to detail was outstanding. The rooms were clean and comfortable, contributing to a pleasant stay.

Spacious, excellent and clean hotel. Clean and immaculate room with exceptionally comfortable bed and climate control, multi-channel TV and a refrigerator. Pleasant and nice staff with a good portion of humor.

The room at Hotel Emisia Tokyo Tachikawa was cozy and comfortable. I loved the modern amenities like the flat-screen TV and the electronic bidet in the bathroom. The soft linens and fluffy towels made me feel pampered. It was the perfect space to relax after a long day of work.

The only thing I didn't particularly like was the vending machine for drinks. But hey, that's just me.

I chose this hotel for attending a synod because it provides 15 meeting rooms and conference space. Both business travelers and tourists can enjoy the hotel's facilities and services, including the coffee shop and conference space. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable.

One service that I missed for my work was the lack of fitness facilities.

Conveniently located near transportation, shops, and supermarket. Courteous staff and cleanliness maintained. Amenities available upon request. Would return in the future.

I stayed at Hotel Emisia Tokyo for 5 nights during my visit to Tokyo. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, even after check-out. They kept my luggage safe when I lost my tag and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The location was great, with easy access to restaurants, shopping malls, and Tachikawa Park. The room, though small, was good value for money, with comfortable beds and a delightful selection of fresh fruits for breakfast.
